Traders In Purple would like to take this opportunity to provide an update on the recent construction activity at Lasail Starboard.

‍Marking an exciting milestone, the final concrete roof pour is now complete, enabling the removal of formwork from the site

Internally, Level 1 is nearing completion in preparation for the defecting process to commence. The internal fit out works continue to progress up the building with sheeting now commenced on Level 4, and glazing installation now up to Level 5.

The piling for all townhomes is now complete, with ground works for the foundations underway in preparation for the slabs pours which are scheduled to be completed by Christmas.

At Stage 1, we are nearing handover of the apartments and pool villas with pre-settlements complete, and townhomes to follow shortly after.

Traders In Purple is pleased to advise the plans for Lasail Port have been lodged with the titles office and final inspections are in progress to obtain certificate of occupancy.
