Apartments and common lobby areas are completed and being defected ahead of the upcoming pre-settlement inspections. The podium landscape areas are nearing completion with final planting well progressed.

The pool villas are complete internally, with final defect rectification underway. Externally, the tiling has commenced to the courtyards with planting progressing.

The townhomes internal fit out is well progressed, with the installation of joinery now predominantly complete. External cladding is nearing completion.

Stage 2 internal fit out works have progressed to Level 4, with the remaining two floors to commence this month.

Traders In Purple is pleased to advise we have lodged with Council for plan sealing. The sealed plans will shortly be sent to the Titles Office.

It has been necessary to adjust the settlement date due to construction delays as a result of the current construction environment.
