Traders In Purple would like to take this opportunity to provide an update on the recent construction activity at Lasail Starboard.

‍Marina fabrication of the walkways and fingers are progressing well, and we are expecting the delivery of the walkways this week, with fingers to follow in the coming weeks.

Levels 1-4 are now at the lock-up stage, and the final touches to level 6 and pool villas will be completed this week before defecting commences. The carparking is very well progressed, line marking and the storage cages underway.

The landscape works on the podium are also progressing well, with planters now being filled with soil. Landscaping is underway in the central laneway and boardwalk access, improving the interface between Stage 1 and Stage 2.

Lastly, we have achieved a significant milestone as the crane has been removed.

As for the townhomes, the service rough-ins are now complete, allowing the sheeting to commence in TH1. The external cladding is also well progressed in TH5. In Addition, the roof sheeting, the external high level render and painting are complete.
