The façade is now being revealed following the scaffold drop earlier this month on the southern and northern elevations to the apartments, with the eastern and western elevations due to be revealed prior to Easter as scaffolding come down. The ground work to the marina board walk will then commence.

The internal fit out of apartments continues to progress as scheduled, with sheeting to all levels now complete. The joinery installations are now up to Level 5 and the construction team commencing defecting on Level 2 and 3.

The podium is starting to take shape with the pool villas now covered by roofing, and at lockup with glazing suites and internal lining complete. The pool shell has been poured and the podium landscape planter walls are underway.

Townhomes are progressing well with structural steel flooring and façade members installed to the Aqua Street frontage, and progressing to Townhome 6and 7. This will then allow for the commencement of the second level roofing over the coming weeks.
