The construction progress remains on track with the installation of joinery underway for TH1 to 3, and progressing through the balance of townhomes. The fit off of internal services has also commenced.

Glazing suites to all townhomes are now installed and the final phase of completing the façade cladding is scheduled to be finished in the coming weeks. As the high-level external painting has been completed, the scaffold continues to be dismantled. The construction of property boundary fences will begin later this month, starting from TH1 and moving along Aqua Street.

As for the apartments and pool villas, the construction team are busy finishing off the final touches ahead of upcoming settlements. The podium is nearing completion with pool now filled ready for commissioning, and final painting and planting to garden beds well progressed. Excitingly, the boardwalk and marina are completed ready for the final clean.
