Externally, the façade elements including the screening and arbours are being finalised this week, with painting progressing. Excitingly, the planting in each courtyard is underway.

In addition, the internal fit out is progressing, with the kitchen joinery installation complete to all townhomes and benchtops also installed. The bathrooms in townhomes 1 to 4 are nearing completion, and progressing well with fit-off commencing in townhomes 5 to 7.

Over the coming weeks, the construction team will begin their defecting process. We will soon be in touch with information to regarding your pre-settlement inspection.
