Welcome to your 2023 construction updates, an exciting year as Lasail Stage 2 draws closer to completion with settlements expected mid year.

‍Lasail Stage 2 has progressed well over the Christmas and New Year break with the focus now shifting towards the interior apartment fit out. All glazing frames to windows are now installed.

The level 1 apartments are substantially complete and at lock up phase. Additionally, the first three floors of the apartments are quite advanced with joinery installed on each floor and tiling commencing.

The slab pours for the townhomes 1 to 6 are complete, with the party walls underway and structural steel to commence next week. The final slab pour for townhome 7 will be complete as the scaffold is removed from the tower.

All external walls and roof trusses for the pool villas on the podium are complete and roof sheeting to commence next week.

The façade of Stage 2 will be revealed over the coming months as the balconies, rendering and painting are completed. Marking an exciting milestone, the first strip from the roof perimeter is scheduled to commence later this week.
