Traders In Purple would like to take this opportunity to provide an update on the recent construction activity at Lasail Starboard.

‍The internal fit out has continued to progress well, with level 1 apartments predominantly complete and defecting to commence in the new year

Each subsequent floor up the building is also progressing, with the top floor now cleared of formwork and apartment party walls substantially complete. Additionally, the mechanical and hydraulic first fix of services are now installed.The pool villas on the podium level structural walls are complete with roofing programmed to commence in January.

The townhome footing and slab pours have commenced, following the completion of piling late last month.
