Traders In Purple is pleased to advise the first stage at Lasail Newport is nearing completion, and accordingly have an important update regarding settlement timings.

The defect and cleaning process at Stage One has reached levels 3 and 4, and are continuing throughout the building as we nearer closer to settlements.

Internally, final fit offs have been undertaken to level 5, and tiling and kitchen joinery installation advancing to level 6. Kitchen joinery installs are also well underway to the pool villas.

The roof sheeting on all town homes is now complete, and internal works underway and progressing well.

Meanwhile, the resident’s recreation deck including the pool, BBQ area and garden bed structures are taking shape with soil going in. The boardwalk footing excavations are completed, with concrete being poured concurrently.

Site works in the second release are progressing with fire wall and services now finalised to level 1, and formwork on level 2 stripped and plumbing stacks installed.
