Traders In Purple is pleased to share an exciting update as construction progresses at Lasail Starboard.

Stage 2 site works are progressing with fire wall and services now finalised to level 1. The slab pour to level 4 is now complete with vertical structures underway.

Meanwhile, level 2 formwork has been stripped and plumbing stacks installed.

Stage 1 works are progressing well as we near closer to completion. Internally, final fit offs have been undertaken to level 5, and roof sheeting complete on all town homes.

The resident’s recreation deck including the pool, BBQ area and garden bed structures are taking shape, andthe boardwalk footing excavations completed, with concrete being poured concurrently.

The scaffold drop will continue over the coming weeks, revealing more of Lasail Port’s façade.
