Welcome to your April construction update. Traders In Purple is excited to share a number of significant milestones at Lasail Starboard this month.

‍The building façade has now been revealed following the removal of the remainder of the scaffold. This facilitates the continuation of the marina boardwalk and ground plan landscaping activities.

We are also happy to announce that the internal fit-out of the apartments is now substantially completed on Levels 1 to 4, and the upper two floors are nearing completion during April. The villas on the podium deck are progressing well and in line with the Level 6 apartment program which are scheduled for completion in the coming weeks prior to the commencement the defecting process for the upper levels.

In addition, we are excited to share that the pool shell has been poured, and the finishes are now starting to be applied to the common areas on the podium. Planters are installed on the podium, and soft landscaping materials will begin to be delivered for installation on site.

As for the townhomes, the roofing has commenced, enabling a gradual progression of the internal wall partitioning, services rough-in, and ultimate wall sheeting. We are excited to announce that the façade elements, glazing, and external cladding has now commenced. Window frame installation will commence this week.
